Ever since it left our screens, fans of the comedy sitcom Friends have been pushing for a reunion.
However, a lengthy 12 years after the finale, the entire cast of Friends are set to be on TV together once more.
Before you go getting your hopes up, they won’t actually be in Friends the film, or a TV episode, it’s actually in honour of director James Burrows.
But now, one of six Friends stars Matthew Perry won’t be able to appear on the two-hour special.
Although Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow will all participate in the special, they may not “reunite” as many fans are surely wishing.
“I’m hoping all six of them will be all in the same room at the same time, but I’m not sure if we can logistically pull that off,” Bob Greenblatt, NBC’s chair of entertainment, said about that.
The TV special will air on NBC on Feb. 21.
